The best book I've ever read was called "Fever" by Laurie Halse Anderson. It is a book in the 1793. About a girl named Mattie. She lives with her mom in a coffee shop. Everyday, she spends her day by avoiding doing chores and makig plans for the family.
But then a horrible disease spread out. It killed everything in its path. So, then Mattie and her family fleas to a new city to avoid the disease but soon they will find out the hard things that they have to suffer to survive through the terrible disease.
This book is build with suspense and full of surprises. It also describe very detailed how life are like in the old time. Back then, they didn't have medicine, so we will see how they treat people and how people have the survive through the traumatic death.
